If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery . We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement product or an alternative solution, depending on the situation.

To assist us in processing your request, please provide:

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will replace it at no additional charge or provide you with a store credit.

 

3. Incorrect Items

4. Exchanges
